My family and I have recently used your services in the home buying process. We began using your services through your agent Ted Leland several weeks ago.

We really wanted to send a letter of gratitude to let you know and point out that your agent Ted was very helpful in our search. Ted was very helpful in not only the home search but we had had an issue with a home we were going to buy and Ted was great in helping us resolve the issue. Throughout the whole process he was considerate and very informative. He was always on top of it and always communicated with us the status of what we were dealing with. He had a great willingness to help and deal with our concerns, and he really came through. The issue has thankfully been resolved and I am grateful to have had Ted as an agent not only in a search for a home but to have taken so much dedication and time to help us resolve the issue which had arose.

Just wanted to let you know that the agent you had helping us did an excellent job. He not only got us top dollar for our house, he also got us a great deal on the house we bought.
