Seller Marketing Program
Though I most often represent buyers I do take listings when I feel
that the listing is right for the seller and me. Each listing receives
special treatment. (See my listings page)
Photos are taken and a flyer is
produced that is distributed to 400 agents in the area. I also send out
just listed postcards to the neighborhood and place promo ads in the
local newspapers. My knowledge of the local market helps sellers set
realistic asking prices that help get the house sold rapidly.
